Operativa Capital was founded by Meggie Templeman-Itzhak, a real estate finance expert. Meggie is a certified CPA since 2004 and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University. With over a decade of experience managing real estate financing transactions at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank - The third-largest bank in Israel. Meggie has managed projects with an aggregate value of billions of NIS, developing customized financial strategies. She is also an alumni of EY firm, bringing comprehensive expertise in both finance and risk management.
